Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of food service staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food service areas, including scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the food service industry.
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management.
