This Family Medicine Center provides comprehensive primary healthcare to underserved communities in Newark, with a focus on the Latino population. Our team is dedicated to delivering culturally sensitive care, with a majority of staff members being bilingual and respectful of cultural differences.
We offer a unique combination of medical care and patient education, aiming to reduce acute illness and promote healthy lifestyles in at-risk populations. Our office-based clinical care is complemented by a newly renovated and expanded practice, as well as a Family Medicine Residency program with opportunities for teaching.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatrics and geriatrics, and be proficient in medical Spanish. We are committed to providing equitable night and weekend call schedules, as well as a Monday-to-Friday schedule with 8-hour or 10-hour shifts. Our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system is EPIC, and we are not accepting locum tenens candidates. We do, however, accept TRULY BE new graduate candidates within 5 years of eligibility and visa candidates.
Certification Requirements:
Board certification or eligibility is required, along with a clean malpractice history. The successful candidate will be working with all ages and must have experience in pediatrics and geriatrics. Fluency in Spanish is highly valued.
