Business Development Representative

Randstad, the world's leading partner for talent, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Staffing Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with companies in need of workforce solutions, and making a direct impact on their success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing strong relationships with hiring managers via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Executing activities that will gain results, including outbound cold calls and virtual client meetings
- Negotiating pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions
- Expanding our reach with a tech and personal touch approach
Requirements include:
- 1-3 years of sales and business development experience
- Strong history of being the best at whatever you have done in the past
- Ability to connect with others through phone, video, and in-person meetings
- Prior experience working in a team-oriented and fast-paced organization
- Track record of delivering results in a metrics-driven environment
- Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional job
Randstad offers a competitive base salary and bonus plan, as well as a hybrid work environment with three days in office and two days in the field making sales calls.
