About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our telemetry unit. The successful candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring patients for reactions and side effects
  • Conduct regular patient assessments, updating medical records and communicating changes to healthcare teams
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A current RN license in Pennsylvania or multistate licensure through the Interstate Nurse Licensure Compact
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, obtained within six months of hire
  • BLS certification, completed prior to orientation
  • A bachelor's degree in Nursing, preferred but not required
