About the Position

Penn State Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Summerdale, Pennsylvania.

This exciting opportunity involves working as an inpatient nurse on a Med Surg / Telemetry unit, where you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records.
  • Your duties will include administering nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients, advising patients on health maintenance and disease prevention, and monitoring patients' reactions and side effects to medications.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact is required.
  • BLS certification is also mandatory prior to completion of orientation.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.

This position is located in Summerdale, Pennsylvania, and offers a competitive salary range estimated at $83,111 - $128,999 annually, commensurate with experience.
