  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing patient charts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare or administrative setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical software.
