Cultivation Specialist - Cannabis Production

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cultivation Specialist to join our team at our state-of-the-art cannabis cultivation facility. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the health, growth, and quality of our cannabis plants throughout their lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on care for cannabis plants, including watering, fertilization, pruning, and monitoring plant health.
  • Implement best practices for cultivation, adhering to strict quality control measures and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the cultivation team to optimize growing techniques and improve yields.
  • Document plant growth and development, maintaining accurate records for traceability.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a regulated production environment (e.g., food, beverage, pharmaceuticals).
  • Strong understanding of cannabis cultivation techniques and plant biology.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
