Career Development
This position is designed for those with minimal to no prior experience in pest management, although any relevant background is appreciated. As you grow in your role, there are pathways to advance to positions such as Master Technician or Associate Certified Entomologist.
Compensation and Benefits
This year-round position guarantees stability with no seasonal layoffs. Our technicians earn a competitive salary starting at $20.00 per hour, with the potential to increase to $45,000 in the first year. Additionally, we cover all training costs to support your success.
Job Responsibilities
As a Pest Control Technician, you will be the representative of our company, responsible for:
- Arriving punctually at client locations, ready to provide exceptional service.
- Conducting routine maintenance and addressing pest-related challenges with professionalism.
- Maintaining equipment and company vehicles in excellent condition.
- Delivering personalized solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- The ability to pass drug and background checks.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- The physical capability to perform job-related tasks, including kneeling and crawling.
- The flexibility to work in various temperature conditions.
Work Schedule
This full-time position typically requires 40 hours of work per week, with a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and occasional Saturdays during peak seasons.
