About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Interim HealthCare. As a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Care for seniors and individuals with chronic conditions in their homes, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Provide vital signs monitoring and document any changes or concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with our team of home health nurses and aides to ensure a patient's care plan is followed.
  • Observe patient needs and notify supervisors of any issues requiring a change in care or medication.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and active Nursing Assistant Certification in the state of Colorado.
  • BLS for Healthcare Providers/CPR certification (demonstration course required).
  • Compassionate nature and excellent communication skills.
  • At least 6 months of healthcare experience and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Pass a background check and drug test (required by law).
