Position: Security Officers

Compensation:
Competitive pay rate of $10.00 per hour, with weekly payments.

Work Schedule:
We offer both full-time and part-time positions. We welcome applications from retirees and veterans. Training and uniforms will be provided to qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
You will play a vital role in crime prevention and deterrence through the following tasks:
  • Conducting regular and random patrols across various locations
  • Documenting and reporting any security incidents, hazards, or unusual activities
  • Implementing control procedures when necessary
  • Maintaining accurate records of nightly operations and submitting weekly reports
  • Investigating property breaches

Required Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
  • Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution abilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • A professional appearance
  • The capability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation
  • An active cellphone
  • The ability to pass a drug screening

Physical and Mental Requirements:
Candidates must demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills, particularly in emergency situations. The role requires the ability to read and interpret information under various conditions. Additionally, candidates must be able to operate a motor vehicle as needed and detect sounds relevant to emergencies amidst background noise.

A Security Officer must be capable of:
  • Walking, running, standing, climbing, and sitting
  • Lifting a minimum of 50 lbs. to waist height, if necessary

Furthermore, candidates must maintain good mental health and be able to make swift decisions in emergencies. Compliance with state licensing requirements for Security Guard/Security Officer roles is mandatory, including obtaining the necessary license status, whether armed or unarmed.
