Position: Security Officers

Compensation:
Competitive pay rate of $10.00 per hour, with weekly payments.

Employment Opportunities:
We offer both full-time and part-time roles. We welcome applications from retirees and veterans. Training and uniforms will be provided to qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
You will play a vital role in crime prevention and deterrence through the following duties:

• Conducting regular and random patrols across various locations
• Reporting security incidents, hazards, or unusual activities
• Implementing control procedures when necessary
• Documenting nightly operations and preparing weekly reports
• Investigating property breaches

Required Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution abilities
• Strong communication skills
• A professional appearance
• The capability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation
• An active cellphone
• The ability to pass a drug screening

Physical and Mental Requirements:
Candidates must demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills, particularly in emergency situations. The role requires the ability to read and interpret written information under various conditions. Additionally, candidates must be able to operate a motor vehicle as needed and recognize sounds relevant to emergencies amidst distracting noise.

Physical Capabilities:
Security Officers must be able to:
- Walk, run, stand, climb, and sit
- Lift a minimum of 50 lbs. to waist height when necessary

Candidates must maintain good mental health and be capable of making quick decisions in emergencies. Compliance with state licensing requirements for Security Guard/Security Officer work is mandatory.
