Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce computer-generated graphics and vinyl outputs for various substrates.
  • Modify and finalize designs based on customer specifications and requirements.
  • Assess layout and design elements, ensuring aesthetic appeal and production feasibility.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of jobs for accuracy prior to production.
  • Maintain an organized library of customer logos and convert graphic files as needed.
  • Prepare substrates for vinyl application, including cutting and cleaning processes.
  • Utilize weeding techniques to refine computer-cut images.
  • Operate and maintain printing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform quality assurance checks throughout the production process.
  • Execute finishing operations such as laminating and mounting printed materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report on stock needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a signage production environment is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of graphic design experience.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Photoshop.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to determine the best output methods based on project requirements.
  • Comfortable working at a computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Physical capability to lift 50 pounds or more.
  • Willingness to install signage at various locations.
