Job Description

This role involves coordinating daily office activities, supporting Executives with administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, generating financial reports, and reconciling expense reports. We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $52,000 per year, paid time off, and a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise daily office activities
  • Provide administrative support to Executives
  • Maintain accurate time and attendance records
  • Manage employee files and benefits
  • Prepare and submit financial reports

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business administration
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
