Job Overview

We are seeking a part-time Business Development and Proposal Coordinator to join our team at AGF Talent, working closely with a top-tier federal contracting organization.

About the Role

The successful candidate will identify and pursue business opportunities in federal, state, NGO, and international markets. This part-time hybrid role requires two days on-site and three remote, with an estimated salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, based on a 20-hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify potential business opportunities, evaluating their strategic fit with company goals.
  • Develop and maintain centralized pipelines, aligning them with company objectives and client expectations.
  • Evaluate and coordinate capture activities with team members, clients, and partners to support proposal submissions.
  • Assist in preparing compliant, high-quality proposals, ensuring timely submissions and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Provide research and pipeline development assistance to small business clients, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Contribute to workflow documentation and the development of tools and systems for efficient business development and proposal management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in research, pipeline development, or proposal coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with solicitation platforms such as SAM.gov and state procurement portals.
  • Availability to work on-site in an office two days per week and remotely for three days.
