As a key member of our deli department, you will be responsible for assisting the Deli and Custom Meal Solutions (CMS) Manager in managing department inventory, pricing integrity, training, and other operational processes that require significant attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting Guests and Providing Excellent Service: You will be the face of our deli department, greeting guests and providing them with accurate and timely information to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Managing Order Guides and Deadlines: You will be responsible for managing order guides and deadlines to reduce shrink and damage, ensuring that our products are always fresh and of high quality.
  • Receiving and Stocking Goods: You will properly receive and stock goods, following rotation standards to ensure that our products are always fresh and easily accessible to our guests.
  • Leading and Developing Team Members: You will engage, motivate, coach, and train team members to provide excellent guest service in a safe and secure manner.
Requirements
  • 3+ Years of Experience in Guest Service: You must have at least 3 years of experience in a guest service role, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • 1+ Years of Leadership Experience: You must have at least 1 year of leadership experience, with a proven ability to lead and develop team members.
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office: You must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Availability: You must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
