Youth Support Worker

CREOKS Health Services is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive health, wellness, and social services. Our Behavioral Health division offers more than 40 years of quality services and programs that benefit adults, adolescents, and children.

This Youth Support Worker position plays a critical role in our Children's Crisis Unit at the Spring Creek Sapulpa location. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and guidance to youth in crisis, while maintaining a safe and respectful environment.

• Teach/train recovery skills and recovery tools to youth individually and/or in a class setting.
• Aid in the preparation and documentation of recovery plans.
• Assist in completing guest admissions, including securing personal items and managing behavioral emergency situations.
• Maintain a safe guest environment by performing room checks, safety checks, and implementing contraband policies.
• Under direct supervision, provide supportive coaching and participate in activities such as recreation, meal preparation, and daily living skills instruction.

• CLEET Certification/Training required.
• Must be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Possess time management skills and willingness to work extra hours when necessary.
• Demonstrate competence in CPR and de-escalation techniques.

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
