Transportation Support Manager

Hirschbach Motor Lines is seeking a Transportation Support Manager to join our team. As a leading refrigerated carrier in North America, we provide time and temperature sensitive freight services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of transportation logistics and be able to coordinate non-scheduled repair assistance to operators throughout the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly answer phone calls, e-mails, voicemails, and other questions from co-workers, customers, and drivers
- Maintain positive customer, driver, and carrier relations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, paired with relevant professional experience in transportation/logistics/supply chain
- Bachelor's Degree in Transportation/Logistics/Supply Chain is preferred
Benefits:
- $42,000 - $55,000 per year (based on experience)
- 4 day work week
- $4200 annual shift differential
- Full comprehensive benefit plan, includes medical, dental, vision, company paid disability and life insurance, and more voluntary elections
- 120 hours of Paid Time Off earned on your first day
- 160 Work From Home Hours after 1 year of service
