Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced educator to lead our childcare center's early childhood program. As a Lead Twos Teacher, you will be responsible for guiding classroom operations, building meaningful connections with children and their families, and fostering a positive environment that promotes learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Manage classroom operations, including scheduling, attendance, and communication
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Early Childhood Education degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare facility
  • CPR and First Aid certification required
  • Ability to work a rotating shift from 8:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday
