Job Summary

Marion County is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist 2 to join our team. As a key member of our Behavioral Health team, you will provide assessment and treatment services to individuals and families with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for individuals and families.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with community partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement safety plans to mitigate risk.
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress reports to the Psychiatric Security Review Board.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • At least one year of full-time experience in the behavioral health field.
  • Strong knowledge of community mental health concepts and treatment protocols.
  • Ability to establish positive working relationships with colleagues, individuals, and families.
