Job Title: Clinical Nurse Coordinator

Hospitals partnered with Incredible Health are actively hiring for a Clinical Nurse Coordinator position in the Los Angeles, CA area. This role involves coordinating patient care services and managing nursing staff schedules to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient care services by collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Manage nursing staff schedules, workload distribution, and resource allocation to ensure smooth operation of the department.
  • Assist in developing and implementing nursing protocols, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to address concerns, discuss improvements, and communicate updates related to patient care or departmental issues.
  • Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews as required.
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) candidates with relevant experience considered.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or specialized healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.

Salary:

$62,000 to $141,000 per year.
