Job Summary:

The Health Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing preventive health programs to improve health outcomes and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to educate members and providers on preventive health services
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify and address health disparities
  • Monitor and report on program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes
  • Provide education and support to members on preventive health services and benefits
  • Stay up-to-date on state and federal regulations and guidelines related to preventive health

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of three years of experience in healthcare or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
