Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Comply with established safety practices, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Support and follow the guidelines of our food safety system to maintain the highest standards of quality.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot machinery and tooling, ensuring that parts and tooling meet precision requirements.
  • Operate machine tools, lathes, and grinders, and perform organizational duties to maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Perform clean-up, painting, and housekeeping duties, and may be required to work overtime or be on call.
  • Initiate, review, and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for area of responsibility.
  • Establish and maintain effective work relationships within the department, division, group, and company.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or certification in Mechatronics or related field preferred.
  • Experience with hand tools and ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to meet the knowledge, skills, abilities, physical requirements, and working conditions set forth in these essential functions and responsibilities.
