Job Title: Clinic RN - Neurology

INTEGRIS Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented RN to provide exceptional care to our patients in the Neurology Clinic. As a Clinic RN, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and educating patients and families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure accurate and timely information exchange

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Oklahoma
  • 2+ years of experience in a medical or neurological setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
