Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of civil construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including estimating, procurement, and field operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and company policies.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and other documentation as required.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in civil construction project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex civil construction projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, and other project management software.
  • OSHA 30 certification and PMP certification preferred.
