Align Construction Services is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical scopes of work over $2M. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in project management, proficiency in Accubid, Procore, or similar software, and excellent communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, organize, and staff key field positions for assigned projects.
- Establish objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards to complete project scope of work per contract documents.
- Analyze bid documents and existing site conditions to properly outline scope of work, including all general conditions and requirements.
- Identify risks in scope of work to ensure related costs are covered.
- Manage all pre-construction requirements of projects to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Complete construction estimates and prices change orders.
- Complete and submit RFI's, change orders, and progress billing.
- Clearly define and manage labor hours, material procurement, equipment needs, and customer reporting requirements.
- Deploy electricians with the correct materials and equipment to complete project scope of work and provide ongoing direction.
- Conduct field visits to projects as needed to include pre-bid surveys, kick-off meetings, progress walks, punch walks, and turnover.
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing electrical scopes of work over $2M.
- Proficient in Accubid, Procore, or similar type software.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and through writing in a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable manner.
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to deadlines and urgency, and complete them in a timely and professional manner.
- Ability to comprehend, summarize, edit, and analyze data.
- Ability to create, navigate, search and update company systems (emails, work orders, reports, bids, invoices, etc.).
- Proficient with creating, editing, and analyzing Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and Power Point presentations.
