WHAT WE OFFER:
We are currently seeking candidates who are 18 years or older for various roles, including those requiring specific licenses.
We provide a $1,500 retention bonus for newly hired hourly staff, with incremental payments based on tenure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain engineering systems related to HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
Review and prioritize assigned work orders.
Install and maintain machinery and equipment to ensure seamless operations.
Conduct inspections of kitchen equipment to ensure compliance with operational standards.
Perform repairs and adjustments on HVAC systems.
Address plumbing issues, including repairs and maintenance of fixtures and drains to ensure optimal functionality.
Adhere to departmental quality standards and safety regulations.
Follow all relevant policies and procedures.
Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment as scheduled.
Assist with snow removal and respond to maintenance requests.
Maintain confidentiality regarding all company matters.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent; one year of experience in facilities maintenance within the hospitality sector or a related field.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical trades.
Proficient in basic computer and math skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
