Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, assessing patients' needs and developing individualized plans of care
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and prioritize tasks effectively
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information and treatment plans
- Participate in process improvement activities to enhance patient care and satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in ambulatory care nursing
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
- BLS/Healthcare Provider certification
- Experience in ambulatory care nursing preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
