About the Role

This is a critical role for our organization, requiring a highly skilled and dedicated individual who can work effectively in an ambulatory care setting. As an Ambulatory Care Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing top-notch patient care, assessing patients' needs, developing individualized plans of care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' needs and develop individualized plans of care in accordance with Evidence-Based Practice Standards of Care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Provide top-notch patient education and support throughout the care continuum
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, including assessment, education, and treatment
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited institution
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Florida or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS)/Healthcare Provider certification
  • One year of experience in an ambulatory care setting
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $**$83,712 per year**, commensurate with experience. In addition to your base salary, you may also be eligible for bonuses, benefits, and other incentives.
