Job Summary

  • Clinical Expertise: Develop and implement nursing care plans, provide direction to nursing staff, and model excellence in nursing practice.
  • Educator: Assist patients and families in acquiring health information, develop educational materials, and serve as a resource to nursing staff.
  • Researcher: Conduct and facilitate nursing research, disseminate findings, and critically analyze current research methods and results.

Benefits and Compensation

This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary range of $120,000 - $150,000, based on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
