Work Schedule:
Flexible hours are available, ideally from 6 AM to 4 PM, with a requirement for weekend availability.
Compensation:
The position offers a competitive rate of $15 per hour, with a temporary to permanent employment opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform light cleaning tasks based on established checklists, including:
- Wiping surfaces
- Emptying trash receptacles
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Changing linens
2. Manage specific areas within clients' properties, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness.
3. Work independently with minimal supervision.
4. Assess clients' homes, prioritize tasks, and customize services according to their preferences.
5. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through trust and respect.
6. Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
7. Transport necessary equipment and supplies to each job site.
8. Address any client concerns professionally and report to management.
9. Take initiative to exceed client expectations whenever possible.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Ability to lift and carry over 25 pounds of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Capability to stand, kneel, and climb stairs as needed.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Effective communication skills; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in cleaning is advantageous.
