Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Inventory Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, processing returns, and assisting with maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Package and ship returns for the maintenance department as needed.
  • Continuous cycle counting of all maintenance-related inventory on site.
  • Data entry of new parts ordered and assigning locations for the received material.
  • Assist supervisor with maintenance activities as needed.
  • Maintain the maintenance shop area to keep clean and organized.
  • Ensure that spare parts inventory is neat and organized.
  • Receive materials deliveries daily, match packing slips and stock in assigned location.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with general electrical and mechanical components for identification purposes only.
  • Ability to perform multi-task operations while maintaining exceptional performance.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work in a team and independently to achieve team objectives.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • General computer skills and ability to learn our data entry program quickly.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and conditions.
