Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician III to join our team at Daikin Applied. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our facilities, systems, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and systems, including mechanical and electrical systems, HVAC and environmental management systems, generators and power management systems, and fire/safety systems.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot issues with facilities and systems, and make repairs as needed.
  • Coordinate with specialists when more complex repairs are required.
  • Schedule maintenance and repairs to minimize disruptions to organizational operations.
  • Handle moderately complex issues and problems, and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to subordinate team members.
Requirements
  • Two-year Associate degree in maintenance-related subject matter.
  • 4+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) certification.
  • State issued Boiler license preferred.
