Key Responsibilities
  • Teach undergraduate courses in chemistry, including Organic Chemistry
  • Support the development of the new major in biology and expand general education opportunities in the sciences
  • Work collaboratively with other faculty to create and deliver courses in chemistry
Qualifications
  • A terminal degree in chemistry or a related field (Ph.D. preferred)
  • Evidence of excellent teaching skills, including experience with curriculum design and implementation
  • Ability to integrate digital technology into the classroom and engage students through innovative teaching methods
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in teaching
Benefits and Compensation
  • A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications
