Job Title: Behavior Health Technician

CCRES, Educational & Behavioral Health Services is seeking a skilled Behavior Health Technician to join our team in Lancaster County. As a Behavior Health Technician, you will play a vital role in providing support to students with behavior disorders in various settings.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to work with children and adolescents with special needs. The successful candidate will provide assistance, interventions, and support to help individuals achieve their treatment plan goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance to students with behavior disorders in school, home, and community settings.
  • Prompt interventions in behavior management, conflict resolution, anger management, and peer interaction skills.
  • Collect daily data and document progress notes in a prescribed format.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalency.
  • Experience working with children is preferred.
Clearances:
  • PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance.
  • PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance.
  • PA Department of Human Services FBI Clearance.
  • TB Screening (current within 3 months).
  • Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts.
