Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Professional to join our team at WellSpan Health. As a key member of our Family Based Services team, you will provide therapeutic interventions to children and adolescents in the home, community, and school settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address the needs of children and adolescents.
  • Assess patients and family members to obtain information about home environment, family relationships, health history, and patient's personality traits.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other treatment team members to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in psychology, marriage and family counseling, or human service-related field.
  • At least two years of experience working with children and adolescents in a mental health setting.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
