Job Overview

Starlets of NY, a leading nightlife establishment in the entertainment industry, is seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Director to oversee daily operations and manage all aspects of the club.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and oversee the entire staff, ensuring high standards of customer service, safety, and overall guest experience are maintained.
  • Guest Services: Oversee guest services and resolve escalations or customer service issues in a professional manner.
  • Staff Scheduling: Create and adjust optimal staff schedules to meet club needs.
  • Inventory and Maintenance: Monitor inventory, supplies, and overall club maintenance needs.
  • Event Planning: Collaborate with marketing, promotional, and event teams to plan and execute events.
  • Reporting and Communication: Submit daily and weekly end-of-business reports and maintain communication with ownership on club performance, staff concerns, and improvement opportunities.
  • Staff Development: Meet with staff regularly to ensure high performance and customer service standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a manager in hospitality, nightlife, or entertainment industry.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when working with high-profile guests who value discretion.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Clear and timely communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership and Management: Strong leadership qualities and management skills with the ability to stay organized while overseeing multiple departments.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Financial Management: Capacity to manage budgets, labor costs, inventory, and operations.
  • Safety and Compliance: Basic knowledge of safety, health, and compliance regulations for food and beverage service.
  • Task Management: Strong attention to following up on open tasks and providing updates as necessary.
  • Autonomy: Ability to take ownership of tasks and projects and manage them efficiently without the need for micromanagement.

Compensation: Salary is negotiable and bonus pay will be determined based on performance.
