We are seeking a skilled Radiology Tech to join our team at ScionHealth. As a Radiology Tech, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare patients for X-ray procedures, explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Prepare the examination room, equipment, and materials as needed, including preparing barium mixtures and other chemicals.
- Observe patients and machines during procedures, reporting any unusual occurrences to ensure patient safety.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of a radiologic technology program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT).
- Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in radiography or a related field.
