Compensation Package

This role offers an estimated hourly salary ranging from $30 to $55, with a 50-hour workweek expectation. US Citizenship or Green Card is required. Our comprehensive benefits package includes equity, robust benefits, and bonuses, with base pay being a single component of the overall compensation.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Assemble and install qualification hardware
  • Create and install wire harnesses for the vehicle
  • Collaborate with design engineers to develop and document future activities
  • Work with design engineers to execute test processes
Essential Requirements

You'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Three+ years of experience as a technician in aerospace, automotive, or similar industries
  • Wire crimping and harness assembly expertise
  • Precision tool familiarity
  • Exceptional attention to detail
