About the Opportunity

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $18.75 per hour, which is in line with industry standards for similar roles in the Bay Area. Our interns also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including access to professional development opportunities and training sessions.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Development team in a variety of tasks, including data entry, research, and project management. You will have the opportunity to learn about nonprofit management and fundraising strategies, as well as gain hands-on experience in data-driven approaches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing donor relationships and database maintenance
  • Conduct research on potential donors and supporters
  • Support project planning and execution
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to adapt to new situations. You should also have a willingness to learn and take on new challenges, as well as a commitment to working in an office setting.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of work and/or volunteer experience. Preference will be given to those who live or attend school in the 9 San Francisco Bay Area counties.
