Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A natural affinity for helping customers and a strong customer service ethic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport quickly
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Fluency in Dutch or any Nordic language
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Experience in a technically related field, veterinary practice, laboratory setting, or contact center environment (a plus)
