About the Role: As a Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality physical therapy treatments to patients in their homes. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $37-$40, in addition to comprehensive benefits, and serves the Randolph residential area of Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and families on exercises and activities for optimal recovery
• Maintain accurate patient records and document treatments

Requirements:
• Home healthcare experience preferred
• Current MA Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license
• Minimum 1-year experience as a PTA
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use electronic medical records systems
