  • Resolve guest complaints and turn negative situations into positive ones.
  • Manage team member schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Support the Manager and present a unified front to team members.

Requirements:

  • Experience in fast-food with a drive-thru within the last two years.
  • Management experience required.
  • Ability to lift boxes weighing between 5 – 50 lbs.
  • Frequent exposure to cold and high heat temperatures.
