Compensation & Work Schedule:

  • B and B Maintenance provides competitive hourly wages, negotiable based on your experience and skill set.
  • Full-time benefits are available after a probationary period.
  • The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 3 PM to 11 PM, with occasional weekend shifts as required.
  • All necessary supplies, technology, and travel expenses will be covered by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, conduct routine site evaluations, execute scheduled projects, and cover for team members as needed.
  • Lead a team of five or more, assign tasks, respond to company communications, and engage in meetings with management.
  • Recruit, train, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations among all team members.
  • Maintain the functionality of cleaning equipment and report any deficiencies or repair needs to management.
  • Adhere to all health and safety standards and complete required training programs.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are mandatory prior to employment.
  • Previous leadership experience and knowledge of floor and window care are advantageous.
  • Successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and E-Verify is required.
  • Basic technological proficiency is necessary, including the ability to navigate websites, emails, and documents via Google Drive on both computers and smartphones.
  • A willingness to learn, develop, and thrive within our organization is essential.
