Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated professional to assist the Asset Protection/Safety Manager in ensuring a secure environment at our Navy Exchange locations. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding our operations and supporting our mission to provide quality goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Safety and Asset Protection Supervisor, you will:
1. Support the Asset Protection/Safety Manager in the planning, development, and evaluation of safety and security programs.
2. Recommend and implement enhancements to procedures and standards related to asset protection and safety.
3. Conduct investigations into theft, unethical conduct, and workplace incidents, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
4. Assist in maintaining a safe shopping and working environment for all employees and customers.
5. Help develop and supervise asset protection and safety staff as needed.
6. Participate in the creation of shrink committees and action plans to address inventory loss.
7. Manage physical security systems, including CCTV and alarm systems, to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
8. Engage in fiscal year-end inventory processes, including preparation and reconciliation.
9. Utilize web-based case management systems effectively.
10. Foster strong relationships and communication across all organizational levels.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates must:
- Obtain and maintain a Secret DOD Security Clearance.
- Lift up to 50 lbs, with assistance for heavier items.
- Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in administrative, investigative, or loss prevention roles, or a combination of education and experience.
