Qualifications:

  • Over 6 years of extensive experience in the IT sector, encompassing business architecture, information strategy, and IT strategic planning within a large global organization.
  • More than 5 years of practical experience as a C/C++/Java developer, demonstrating expertise in object-oriented analysis, design, and implementation.
  • A minimum of 3 years in an architectural or design role for large-scale enterprise systems.
  • 2-3 years of solid experience with GoLang and the Beego framework.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with databases and crafting complex SQL queries.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Linux operating systems; familiarity with cloud infrastructure migration is advantageous.
  • Over 2 years of experience with Microservices architecture and Docker containers, along with integration development using REST APIs and message queuing/integration platforms like Apache Kafka.
  • Experience with Team Foundation Server or Jenkins, and familiarity with Agile software development processes and the software development lifecycle. Knowledge of DevOps and Agile methodologies is essential.
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and adapt, possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with a commitment to providing efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to clients.
  • Some experience with cloud IaaS and PaaS platforms (such as Azure, AWS, Rackspace, CloudFoundry, OpenStack).
  • Familiarity with testing automation tools (unit, integration, and acceptance tests), creating CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. Experience in designing and implementing highly resilient cloud-native applications based on containers.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and present information clearly. Requires knowledge of financial terminology and principles.
  • Capability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions.
  • Adept at researching, comprehending, analyzing, and interpreting documents accurately, with problem-solving skills in complex situations.
  • Ability to estimate time for defined programming tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Technical knowledge, training, and understanding of the job's requirements are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Under general supervision, plan, analyze, develop, maintain, and enhance client systems while supporting systems of moderate to high complexity.
  • Deliver complete backend applications utilizing C, C++, GoLang, Beego, and NodeJS; experience with Django (Python Framework) is a plus.
  • Build backend services including RESTful APIs, Web Services, SOAP/XML, and SAML.
  • Participate in the design, specification, implementation, and maintenance of systems.
  • Design, code, test, and document software programs of moderate complexity according to requirement specifications.
  • Engage in design reviews and technical briefings for specific applications.
  • Assist in preparing requirement specifications, screen layouts, reports, and forms, including documenting and revising user procedures and manuals.
  • Involved in resolving medium to severe complexity software development issues that may arise in a production environment.
  • Analyze, review, and modify programs to enhance operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.
  • Write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections.
