Job Description:
Voca is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week travel nursing assignment in Austin, Texas.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Critical Care Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Pediatric Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) setting. As a travel nurse with Voca, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill pediatric patients in the CVICU
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest evidence-based practices and technologies
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and open communication
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Pediatric Critical Care or a related field
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
