The successful candidate will support individuals experiencing mental health challenges within the Community Living Program by overseeing their financial matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and confirm eligibility for various benefits
  • Assist clients with the completion of benefit applications and the appeals process
  • Track Medicaid eligibility and benefits
  • Ensure precise documentation and reporting
  • Design payment strategies for overdue rent
  • Offer outreach services and resources to clients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Human Services related discipline
  • A minimum of three years of experience in the Social Services sector
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to maintain composure and integrity in challenging circumstances
  • Valid driver's license and basic proficiency in computer applications
