Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently wash pots, pans, and various kitchen equipment by hand, adhering to established washing protocols.
  • Keep kitchen utensils and service ware clean and sanitized to support the fast-paced environment of our restaurant.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the dish area, equipment, and cleaning chemicals.
  • Ensure that the work area and equipment remain tidy throughout your shift.
  • Regularly change dish machine chemicals and water, and manage the three-compartment sink as necessary.
  • Inspect and confirm that the dishwashing machine operates correctly and that chemical levels are appropriate during your shift.
