This position ensures that all MEP systems are designed, installed, and maintained in accordance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Coordination:
  • Formulate MEP project plans, timelines, and financial estimates.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to seamlessly integrate MEP systems into the overall project framework.
  • Examine project specifications and drawings to confirm that MEP requirements are fulfilled.
  1. Design and Installation Oversight:
  • Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of MEP systems.
  • Ensure that all MEP systems are installed in compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Address technical challenges and discrepancies related to MEP systems.
  1. Quality Control and Compliance:
  • Supervise the quality of MEP work and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:
