Job Title: Solution Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect to join our team at CPNet. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-powered solutions for our customers. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and business challenges, and design tailored solutions using our AI-powered products.

Responsibilities:

  1. Solution Design and Implementation:
  • Design and implement AI-powered solutions for customers using our products.
  • Conduct hands-on coding in Python and work with RESTful APIs to customize and implement solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the implementation process.
Customer Engagement and Communication:
  • Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and explain complex technical concepts in an accessible way.
  • Use excellent communication skills to engage with customers, understand their challenges, and propose suitable solutions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM, documenting all interactions and implementations.
Product Demonstration and Presentation:
  • Create compelling PowerPoint presentations to illustrate the features and benefits of our product.
  • Conduct product demonstrations over Zoom, highlighting how our solutions address the customer's needs.
  • Work with the product team to stay updated on product changes and updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solution Architect or Sales Engineer.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience working with RESTful APIs.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Experience creating PowerPoint presentations and conducting product demonstrations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Travel is a job requirement. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and provide your own transportation to regularly drive locally/regionally to conduct company business.
